The American Journal of Safe Patient Handling and Movement has released its latest issue. If you haven’t already I would strongly advise you to subscribe to this magazine. It is very expensive if you want a paper copy to be shipped over from the USA but it is extremely reasonable for the online edition at only £15 per year.

The current issue has several high quality articles covering the exploration of the relationship between obesity, patient safety and care-giver injury as well as guidance on safe patient handling building design.
