A member of the Bahamian women's volleyball team, Tia Wilson has just qualified as a Chiropractor. When she goes back to the Bahamas’ from the USA later this month, she will be only the ninth chiropractor working in the islands. Although there are others, she will be the only one of them specialising purely in chiropractic. A back injury while she was a student took her down a different path from the one she was expecting, that was, to become a paediatrician.
