The MHRA in association with Drive Medical Ltd have issued a medical device alert for the Endres Riviera bathlift. The alert points out that the equipment could fail if proper checks are not carried out and the results acted upon.

MHRA and Drive Medical also issued an alert regarding the use of Paediatric Nimbo walkers. This alert was to re-inforce that they are for indoor use only. Apparently some people are using them outdoors which can cause issues with the wheels.
