The caption competition this issue is referring to the picture in one of the of the stories for this month.

Steve Clark of Hospital Aids presenting Gareth Parsons of St. Johns with his winning prize of a modular falls mat. You may remember a couple of issues ago, 1-10 to be exact, a caption competition was ran using the picture below of Arnold Swarzenegger in his younger days. The following issue, 1-11, identified Gareth as being the winner with this attempt.

My suggestion:
