This video is one of the mini master-classes in the 2011 multimedia training package. Obviously the quality has been reduced for broadcast over the internet. Both videos to the right are the same. The top one is higher quality than the bottom one but if your access is slow or bandwidth is capped, you may wish to view the smaller one.

Many of us in the UK complain that they have a whole hospital to look after themselves when it comes to moving and handling training. Curtis Chow is one of just two safe patient handling specialists who are responsible for 42 hospitals in their group.
