E-learning means you can research  and carry out the course at your own pace.


Course content:

Covers the major theory components of moving and handling including, anatomy & physiology, risk assessment, legislation and the theory behind the practical skills. A further module looks at basic life support.


Course materials:

On-line content, video sequences can be seen in M&H TV channel 9 & channel 10


Venue:

Due to the nature of e-learning, you can carry out the course wherever you have access to a computer. You can start the course at home and complete it at work if you wish. You are not restricted to one computer.


Duration:

You have 14 days to complete the course from when you register. Typically the time for completion is about 2-3 hours. However, you can finish the session and pick up where you left off at any time within the 14 day period, making it the ideal medium for any who have reading or learning difficulty. Certification valid for one year from completion.


Group bookings

Organisations can block book courses by contacting myself. The 14 day period starts as each individual first registers. They have up to 11 months to start.
