Nordic Care Services offer CPD accredited courses free to nursing homes and hospitals
Providing free of charge CPD-accredited workshops to professionals within the industry reinforces this philosophy. With an unbeatable level of product knowledge, the interactive workshops focus on the range of equipment and products that can enable individuals to remain independent at home, and they also provide manual handling solutions for those providing care and support outside the home.
The workshops can be requested for groups of healthcare professionals at a
date and location of your choice throughout the UK.
The different workshops available include the following:-
- Turning/moving solutions in bed
- Transferring from bed to wheelchair/commode/bed
- Moving from a lying position in bed to a sitting position
- Moving from a sitting bed position into standing and walking
- Transfer in and out of cars (for those working in a community setting) or horizontal transfers (for acute needs)
