Sorry to hear you are both leaving!! I don't know how many times you said you were
retiring in the past Bill, so it has now come as a shock ha ha. Thank you all for
your help with moving and handling problems and my occasional visit to TLC. It has
always been very comforting to know you were there if a problem arose and how all
of you would come together to solve the problem without any inconvenience to yourselves.
I will miss your passion for your subject which was reflected on my initial moving
and handling instructor training and in every meeting or update. I am very passionate
about moving and handling training as you guys are, and will continue to make strides
in an attempt make a difference in the care industry, and hopefully be around for
as long as you have !! Enjoy your retirement Bill you have earned it !!! Best of
LUCK !! Get well soon Dorothy!! Gavin, keep in touch !!

What a blow so sorry to hear about Dorothy.
Please give her my best wishes. Also your Dad Bill...As I am fast approaching mid fifties I can only say I will not be going on as long as he did, I wish him well.

I have read your Newsletter and am completely gutted. Both Bill and Dorothy were
my instructors originally all those years ago. I have total respect for all your
work at TLC that you have all done, hence why I have always come to you year after
year. I do wish them all the best.
As for you Gavin - well I know that I drove you
around the bend with my online M&H refresher course - but you don't have to give
up you know - I promise to behave from now on!!
I am truly sorry that end has come
but you are the best training company around and I am sure you will sorely be missed
by all.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Wendy Ilsley, Magnata Nursing & Care
Just a quick reminder to all that although TLC no longer exists, I am still on the go, and as Wendy can testify, the online training comes with extensive support.
Gavin
