This is the best newsletter for some time, with stories as usual from around the globe. Very moving and handling orientated.

Even if you have not been considering e-learning to support your existing training regime, you might want to consider the first extended article.

The Zimbabwe story is very motivating. Many of us think that we have done well to make a difference in our own back yards but one man has made a difference 5,000 miles away.
