New Hoisting guidelines have been produced by the Yorkshire Back Exchange group in conjunction with the Health and Safety Executive. The aim of the guidelines is to ensure safe working practises of hoisting in all service areas.
It includes a neat little flow chart which could be laminated and kept on display at the hoist charging point for all to see and become familiar with.
