The equipment issues posed by the needs of bariatric clients are causing increasing concern in the community sector.  A bariatric focus group including healthcare equipment specialists Sidhil, which brings together local manufacturers, clinicians and representatives from the NHS, has kept Sidhil at the heart of policy and decision making in this field, looking not just at weight bearing capabilities but also at whole experience/life costs in terms of health economics.
